The present work aims to focus on the implementation of CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) at primary school. The reason that pushed me to analyse this aspect of teaching and learning is that I would try to highlight that in the today’s world, the ability of speaking English and foreign languages in general is a fundamental skill. In particular, we are going to discover and analyse the CLIL approach in primary school, the benefits and the difficulties of this teaching approach and the background of primary school teachers through the administration of a questionnaire proposed to the teachers of the primary school. We will also deepen the evaluation tools in a primary school CLIL contexts and which material is better to choose with this teaching approach.
Il presente lavoro si propone di concentrarsi sull'implementazione del CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) nella scuola primaria. Il motivo che mi ha spinto ad analizzare questo aspetto dell'insegnamento e dell'apprendimento è che vorrei sottolineare come, nel mondo odierno, la capacità di parlare inglese e le lingue straniere in generale sia una competenza fondamentale. In particolare, scopriremo e analizzeremo l'approccio CLIL nella scuola primaria, i vantaggi e le difficoltà di questo approccio didattico e il background degli insegnanti della scuola primaria attraverso la somministrazione di un questionario proposto agli insegnanti della scuola primaria. Approfondiremo anche gli strumenti di valutazione in un contesto CLIL della scuola primaria e quale materiale è meglio utilizzare con questo approccio didattico.
