Contratto di rete, a new efficient instrument for SMEs development and sustainability in the current highly competitive environment

The need for aggregation processes by small businesses has been discussed for years in Italy. Moreover, the small size of Italian companies, if from one side has several advantages in terms of flexibility and adaptability to changing markets, on the other it puts undoubted difficulties in terms of ability to compete in the globalized market, where the availability of qualified resources is often a critical success factor.
