This study analyse two different standard techniques in the organoids culture fields such as the use of an extracellular matrix commercially available (Matrigel) and the so called Air-liquid-interface, these two methods are then compared with the innovative and more realistic organ-on-chip technology that simulate in a better way the inner and outer environment of the human target tissue or organ.

Abstract
