A comparative analysis between organoids standard culture techniques and innovative organoids on chip technology

This study analyse two different standard techniques in the organoids culture fields such as the use of an extracellular matrix commercially available (Matrigel) and the so called Air-liquid-interface, these two methods are then compared with the innovative and more realistic organ-on-chip technology that simulate in a better way the inner and outer environment of the human target tissue or organ.
