The purpose of this thesis is to nourish the information currently available on the pictorial works of the Venetian artist Guido Cadorin, more specifically, seven easel oil and tempera artworks of his authorship, with the purpose of helping the work of the current custodians of his paintings at the Ca' Pesaro Museum in Venice, contributing to its curators and restorers with specific information, mainly in the field of Raman Spectroscopy (), Atenueted Total Reflectance Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR) and Hyperspectral Camera Imaging Analysis for the identification of the colors palette and High Performance Liquid Chromatography for the understanding of oils and fatty acids added. The results obtained in the present thesis have the aim of improving subsequent interventions and current programs on conservation and safeguarding procedures enlisted in its own collection survey. This thesis represents only a part of an extensive analysis campaign of technical analysis on the same artist carried out by a research group of the Ca' foscari University of Venice, directed by Assoc. Abstract

Prof. Francesca C. Izzo. Inside are discussed the results obtained from the state of conservation study; micro and macro observations; Imaging techniques using Visible light; Hyperspectral camera photography, Raman and High Performance Liquid Chromatography coupled to a time of flight analyzer.
