We study the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on firm misvaluation in the western Europe. In details, we anlayze corporate social responsibility and its effects. Then, the same for ESG ratings in order to define how these relevant scores play a fundamental role nowadays. In conclusion, we analyze the relation between ESG and misvaluation.
