CORPORATE CRISIS: THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE ATTESTED PLAN IN THE FIL MAN MADE GROUP CASE.

This dissertation aims to find proper answers to three research questions. The first section introduces the reference context of this dissertation, describing the literature regarding a situation of crisis. In particular, after identifying the concept of crisis, the leading causes and its phases, we will describe the possible diagnostic tools able to recognise the signal of crisis and the possible solution to implement for a business going concern from an Italian legal point of view. The second part concentrates on the development of the business case study Fil Man Made Group, with specific reference to the situation of crisis. Then, we will evaluate what the reasons that have led to the crisis are, considering the reference market, the macroeconomics events, the competitors and company performance during the period of crisis. At the end, we will clarify the path of the implementation of the attested plan highlighting the economic and financial results after the adoption, useful to find the answers to the research questions.
