Creation of a platform called Performance Dashboard or directional dashboard, with a software, in order to evaluate the performance of a company operating in the metal sector. The dashboard will contain some Gauges connected to the database, which will represent the KPIs. Information and data concerning the literature will be consulted on the university databases and on the main economic journals. While the data related to the dashboard, or the Perfromance Dashboard, derive from personal experience at a company operating in the metal industry. The software called Pentaho, instead, will be downloaded (free version) from the internet.
