The thesis involves a structured literature review that begins with an analysis of practitioners’ contributions on selected topics, with a particular focus on Product-Market Fit (PMF), to identify recurring patterns, operational tools, and metrics used in practice. These findings are subsequently compared and integrated with the academic literature on these topics through an analysis of scientific articles. The aim is to identify areas of convergence, divergence, and gaps between theoretical concepts and their practical application, and to synthesize the findings into an integrated framework for understanding and supporting the development of Product-Market Fit in startups. The framework develops progressively across the thesis by connecting the main dimensions of validation, measurement, and scalable growth. Finally, this will be summarized in an original visual representation that brings together the key concepts and sub-frameworks identified throughout the analysis.

Abstract
Finally, this will be summarized in an original visual representation that brings together the key concepts and sub-frameworks identified throughout the analysis.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
