This thesis presents a terminographic study of the perfume industry in China within the context of international trade. The first section explores the technical and olfactory foundations of perfumery, the classification of natural and synthetic raw materials, and the main technologies for extraction and industrial formulation. From an economic perspective, it analyzes the supply chain, trade relations between China, the European Union, and Italy, cosmetic regulations (CSAR), as well as digital and e-commerce distribution channels. It then examines the positioning of emerging Chinese brands and the integration of the Guochao cultural phenomenon. The second section leads to the core of the thesis: the terminographic analysis. This specialized study features dedicated cards for key terms encountered during the analysis of this sector. The work concludes with two reference tables, English-to-Chinese and Chinese-to-English, listing the analyzed terms in alphabetical and pinyin order.
