Abstract
An important reason why employees’ job performance is negatively affected is because they develop belief about justified disengagement due to the supervisors’ knowledge hiding behavior. Such KH behavior serves as a signal that the supervisor will not pass on required information therefore, subordinates tend to withdraw their efforts in return. However, this relationship can be diluted by high emotional regulation skills; such that employees with high ER skills will regulate negative emotions and tend to stay focus on their job tasks.File in questo prodotto:
