I will analyse Louisa Chan Creative, an art therapy business made by Louisa Chan. The analysis will include a financial analysis of past data and of forecasted data to give recommendations and suggestions to Louisa regarding possible partnership and changes in the business structure and pricing strategy. This work will include a group of five people coming from different countries to receive different feedback, but it will arise cross cultural issues.
