Nokia was during its peak the market leader of the mobile industry sector. But from 2003 to 2013 it was able to change its position in the market from leadership to sell its Devices and Services division to Microsoft. This case study wants to focus on how Nokia was not able to maintain a leadership in the market using both analytical and industry analysis approach. With the natural language processing, a way to process large natural language data, I have considered all the annual reports of Nokia during this period in order to discover possible management implication of this trend.
