It then examines how the adoption of a business model can affect the theatre sector, addressing the challenges and opportunities of the field. Finally, the fourth Chapter presents a local entrepreneurial reality of the theatre sector: the CTA of Gorizia. The business model will be applied to the latter, analysing the consistency between the business strategy and the supporting regional policies. The study aims to provide an integrated view of public policies and business models in the theatrical enterprise sector, offering insights into the evolution of these realities towards a more entrepreneurial and sustainable approach.
