The thesis work focused on the desire to restore visibility and historical investigation to the fifteenth-century church of San Bartolomeo in Frassinelle Polesine. Passed down between cultural roots, artistic and historical events, the church is not currently considered to be of great importance, in reality, as the thesis demonstrates using the historical documents discovered, can boast of "ducal church" by concession of the Duke of Ferrara Ercole I d'Este, and, in a broader sense, of a richly interesting construction history. After the flood of the Po in 1951, the church was rebuilt from scratch. The thesis returns, thanks to the processing of plans, elevations and sections prior to 1951, the 3D image of how the building appeared thanks also to a large photographic-historical research carried out on the few traces left in the population. From the investigation a fascinating story emerges that, also thanks to this work, can now come to light.

Abstract
From the investigation a fascinating story emerges that, also thanks to this work, can now come to light.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
