Empowered to Lead: The Evolution and Impact of Female Entrepreneurship

Female entrepreneurship has emerged as a driving force in global economic growth, yet women entrepreneurs continue to face unique challenges that hinder their full potential. In this thesis I explore the most important factors that contribute to the evolution of the phenomenon, the benefits and the obstacles that female entrepreneurs have to face. In a following chapter I present the most important regulations and projects that boost the diffusion of women-led businesses and then I present various virtious cases of female entrepreneurs.
