The goal of this thesis is to analyze the relationship between three important actors: social networks, individuals, and states. The main idea is the impossibility to determine the absolute supremacy of one factor above the others, despite the different degrees of strength due to the impossibility of actualization of an absolute control of the social narrative from the State. Therefore, in order to understand the hodiern politics an analysis through different filters is necessary to understand the existence and the creation of a social narrative, fundamental aspect for the genesis of every political course of actions. This would like to be a brief vision through a hybrid theory, following a less theoretical but more realistic approach, where the limits are present but liable, restituting the sensation of fluid reality that composes politics through a travel inside social networks, personal neurological and psychological comprehension, use of propaganda to project an image and the action and reaction of the international actors over intersectional and supranational challenges. The object of analysis is fluid and still subjected to changes over time: the new waves of communication affirmed by the technological revolution proposed by social media, created changes in several social landscapes and in many levels from the personal to the international point of view, generating an alternative stream of information, not always controlled by governments, which can become an useful instrument to share scandals, images and pictures that can create social mobilization, changing the balance of power of a State.
