The third solution represents a new breakthrough in technology, but it also involves many other fields, including neuroscience. Abstract
Globalization is a historical, geographical, political and cultural phenomenon that has permeated and continues to permeate the life of today’s human being. It is a dynamic phenomenon that has enabled the world to become increasingly connected. The exchange of people, capital, goods and information has also promoted the exchange of innovative ideas such as those concerning technology and language exchange. For an exchange to take place, the parties involved must communicate with each other and must know how to do it clearly and comprehensively. Communication is the basis of this multiple connection. For a commercial transaction to be made, the communication process must not have flaws. Globalization has intensified international trade and therefore the parties involved in the trade operation must be able to understand each other clearly. This results in the need for companies to know, understand and speak the languages of those who work in their own environment. The first goal regards of course placed customers, who must be satisfied, but for an international company to work, also communication with suppliers and human resources in general must be done in the right way. The world has many different languages and cultures, which is a powerful from a human point of view. From a commercial point of view, different languages and cultures can be a barrier, as are duties and tariffs, if people do not know how to manage them in the most appropriate way. Globalization has intensified the exchange between different countries, not only from a commercial point of view but also from a political, diplomatic and scientific point of view. To avoid stopping this flow, a “lingua franca” has been adopted. The “lingua franca” used today is English, which is the global language. In the past, French had also international importance in the diplomatic sphere. The use of a "common" language is a first step towards overcoming trade barriers. Since globalization has brought about the connection between many more areas of the world, today there is a need-to-know other foreign languages besides English, giving rise to a real linguistic globalization. The second attempt to break down the language barrier comes from the digital world. Technological innovation, resulting from this continuous exchange of knowledge, has given rise to a digital solution. The creation of these new digital tools, physical ones like smartphones, but also social networks havepr intensified the possibilities of communication. The second solution to overcome trade barriers comes from the technological sector.
