This thesis analyses the concept of experiential marketing and retail marketing in detail, focusing on their applications and implications. The analysis then focuses on the case of Federmoda, investigating the strategies implemented by the association to foster the integration of experiential approaches among its affiliates. The evidence gathered through interviews and questionnaires offers an in-depth view of the potential of these strategies, outlining concrete perspectives for their development and adaptation to the dynamics of the Italian market.
Il marketing esperienziale si afferma come una leva strategica cruciale per il retail moderno, trasformando il commercio al dettaglio in un'esperienza memorabile e coinvolgente per i clienti. Questa tesi analizza in dettaglio il concetto di marketing esperienziale e il retail marketing, con particolare attenzione alle loro applicazioni e implicazioni. L'analisi si concentra poi sul caso di Federmoda, investigando le strategie implementate dall'associazione per favorire l'integrazione di approcci esperienziali tra i propri affiliati.
