Impact of Italian Superbonus tax deduction on M&A

The thesis wants to prove an impact of the Italian tax deduction Superbonus on the M&A in the fields affected by this extraordinary incentive. An overview of the Superbonus and M&A is initially provider, following a literature review of the main M&A drivers and existing research on this matter. Finally, an empirical analysis is conducted to understand if any impact could be highlighted.
