My final thesis will focus on the analysis of a new important document for businesses that want to explore new markets in foreign countries or to improve their strategies and presence in commercial zones where they already find: the export plan. With export plan, the firm defines its strategic and operative plan to get into or consolidate its own presence in one or more overseas markets, in a sustainable way. This will be my final chapter, the case study of my thesis. Indeed, this plan is based on the activity of the wine company Corvezzo Winery (Cessalto, TV) which, after an interview, I have obtained useful information regarding its way to create value, its internal organization and how is its approach toward international countries, considering that the winery exports in 50 countries. This is where I want to get to, but the world is facing an ongoing change under several point of view: wars outbreaks, post pandemic situation, crisis of globalization, reshoring and thirdshoring. Which is the current geopolitical situation? And the role of businesses? How do private companies react to changing globalization scenarios? Export plan is where I want to get to. Before that, I will explain how multinational companies and Small-Medium enterprises behave with respect to international context. Which will be their entry strategy in a new market. How they implement the lean start-up methodology in their company processes. All these ones are questions I will try to provide an answer inside my thesis. With the aim to get to the introduction of Corvezzo Winery and its export plan.
