This thesis explores the landscape of alternative finance in real estate, investigating various platforms and mechanisms through which small players and investors can invest in real estate with limited resources. By analyzing the benefits, challenges, and potential impact of alternative finance in real estate, this study aims to shed light on how small investors can leverage these opportunities to build wealth and diversify their investment portfolios. By small investors we focus on individual investors, small business, first time investors with limited experience, retail investors, typically investors with limited finance compared to large institutional investors.
