Business Plan of my digital agency - 14spm

At 23 years old I decided to launch myself into the world of work as a freelancer, and in the future as an entrepreneur, because I firmly believe in my abilities and in my work, but mostly I think that no other profession would be able to realize myself more than what I do daily, make my ideas something real, complete my projects. For this and many other reasons, my thesis concerns the preparation of a business plan, dedicated to 14spm, my digital agency. Starting with a theorical part, in which I'll explain the main benefits and disadvantages of a business plan, I'll go deeper describing and analysing every aspect that has to be considered in order to start an enterpreneurial project. The business plan contents describe the team, the business model, the strategy, the products/services and the financial model, of the digital agency 14spm, but it also provides a general environment description and a market analysis.
