Later on, we will see how TNCs are able to sustain the policies which have been introduced by disclosing CSR informations through their reports. Then, we analize extraterritoriality in the state law, developing to control TNCs' business outside of the national borders. At last, we are going to present a case of labour law violations which gives an interesting view of the new global legal system.
