Corporate governance antecedents of internationalization: the case of italian ceramic tile manufacturers

In the first chapter of the thesis we present a literature review of corporate governance and we give a theoric insight of corporate governance theories . In the second chapter we study board compositions of Italian ceramic tile manufacturers , we analyze the peculiar characteristics which differentiate boards and we examine the effect of family management and human capital on the degree of internationalization by using results of regression models
