At present times, the theme of innovation caught the attention of many companies and researchers, and it acquired so much importance that it often seems that without innovation a company can at best survive, but certainly not be successful. A prerequisite for innovation is creativity, and attention has been given to highly creative personalities and work roles, but less attention has been given to job that are very structured and give little autonomy to the employees performing them. The object of the present study is to investigate if individuals performing standardized jobs do express creativity in their jobs and what are the factors related to the work environment that can influence and foster the emergence of such creative behaviors.
