This thesis is composed by two parts. In the first section we have examined the former literature on prudence, prevention, risk and precautionary saving, especially in the health-wealth field. In literature the dynamic situation has been mainly analysed in two-period models: in the second part of the thesis is our intention to consider different assumptions on dynamic setting, for example by introducing more periods and by considering time as a variable of the model.
