My thesis focuses on the path through Benefit Benefit Corporation and BCorp. The first chapter presents a literature review of the main concepts related to sustainability as the Triple Bottom Line, Corporate Social Responsibility, the evolution of sustainability reporting, UN Agenda 2030, Business Roundtable, and Benefit Corporations and B Corps. In the second chapter methods and instruments used for my sustainability project in Colfert S.p.A. are explained. In the third chapter the sustauinability project and results are presented pointing out obstacles and tips for the company.
